These terms of service (TOS) contains the SHOOFLE.com rules , all users ,advertisers and others who use ,for any motivation , this service agree on this TOS , completely , without further conditions.

GENERAL

1. Service .

All users can search every kind of contents on shoofle.com site and on the search –engines available on the site for free . Any other services ,free or pay , available on the site will be notified on the SHOOFLE.com home page .

2. Users responsibility .

Every user on the SHoofle.com is responsible for his /her own actions ,SHOOFLE.com won’t be liable for any action due to users behaviour. Every user must respect copyright trademarks available on SHOOFLE.com . All users will be agreed with points 11. – 12. of this TOS .

PRIVACY POLICY

ADVERTISING

Everytime you make a purchase on SHOOFLE.com you must meet the following requirements and conditions and SHOOFLE.com reserves the right to terminate the advertising membership of anyone who falls to meet this requirements and conditions. You will accept our terms of services everytime you make a purchase on this site or clicking on ‘BUY NOW’ 'ORDER NOW' 'GOOO INFO' buttons.

Advertising type.

You can advertise on SHOOFLE.com as link ( text ,logo) , banner , searchbox , blog ,any other forms will be written on ‘ how to ‘ page in the adcenter on the site .

3. Advertisers agreement .

Advertisers agree on these statements :

(a) I’m the only one liable for advertise I will add on SHOOFLE .COM site (b) I’m conscious about internet limits (c) I won’t ask refunds due to technical problems on the site or any other motivation (d) I agree with these terms of service and other rules on this site (e) I will respect it completely(f) i purchase on this site as my free choice without any compulsions from nobody .

4. Personal information .

You must provide SHOOFLE.com with valid contact (email address , personal information requested) information and may not impersonate or misrepresent Your identity. SHOOFLE.com reserves its rights under the laws to terminate your account, and associated membership advertising, containing untruthful information for which You are responsible.

5. Advertising Submitted .

To the full extent allowed by applicable law, SHOOFLE.com at its sole discretion and for any or no reason may refuse to accept applications for membership and may terminate any Members advertising without prior notice for good cause, particularly including, but not limited to: (a) any violation of any provision of this Terms of Service Agreement; (b) aiding in or promoting circumvention of the Service; (c) acting against the business interests or reputation of SHOOFLE.com; (d) otherwise acting in a severely or substantially unlawful manner in relationship to SHOOFLE.com, the SHOOFLE.com Web site or the Service; or (e) any other reason at the discretion of SHOOFLE.com;

6. Changes After Purchase .
Link cannot be changed after a purchase has been made and it has been added to the SHOOFLE website. This includes the link text , logo ,banner and the link searchbox,post. The link will remain archived on our website for public access and will not be removed or changed.

7. Links Setup .
All link purchases will be setup and added to our site within fourty -eight (48) hours after successful payment is made and all of the terms of this agreement are met.

8. Refunds.

All purchases are final. After your link (text/logo) , banner ,searchbox , blog has been added to our site no refund will be given. If your link is removed due to a violation of this agreement, no refund will be given under any circumstance .

9. Content .
We do not allow adult, pornographic, hate or any other content considered to be offensive. Sites found to be in violation will have their link removed and all advertising packages about the link will be forfeited. Repeat offenders or severe violations will have their URL's blocked from accessing our services.

10.Transfer payments .

All payments will be processed by a third-party society . for any problems of transactions , SHOOFLE.com ,staff, webmasters,managers , won’t be liable about them , but only the precise society and its services liable in relation to SHOOFLE.COM for payments . No refunds will be given under any circurmstance according to the REFUNDS section on this agreement .

11. Ownership .

The SHOOFLE Network maintains ownership and all rights to the SHOOFLE name, logo, databases, web site, information and site graphics. The member may under no conditions use or modify any copyrighted material in ways not stated in these terms and conditions .

12. Risk & Liability .
The member agrees to participate in the SHOOFLE Network at his/her own risk and agrees NOT to hold SHOOFLE, its administrators, partners, employees, or sponsors liable for any damage or loss of information that may occur from the use of SHOOFLE services. The member agrees to defend, indemnify and hold the SHOOFLE Network harmless from and against any and all claims, losses, liability costs and expenses (including but not limited to attorneys' fees) arising from the member's violation of this Agreement or any third-party's rights, including but not limited to infringement of any copyright, violation of any proprietary right and invasion of any privacy rights. This obligation will survive any termination of this Agreement
